August – September 2013 (Event Registration) :

• Call for registrations for all participating events.
• Approximately 30+ events ranging from sports, art, literature to music, dance, theatre & more
• Aspiring participants to register on www.indiafest.in in the event of their choice
• Website to carry all the details regarding the entry mechanism, rule & regulations, prizes etc

October – November 2013 (Multy City Zonals) :

• All registered entries from the website to be examined and shortlisted by Star India Pvt Ltd.
• The shortlisted participants under each event to be invited to the Indiafest zonals.
• Indiafest zonals will be carried out in 6 cities - Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru.
• Shortlisted students from these cities and/or neighbouring cities will be auditioned by an esteemed jury panel under each event category.
• The zonals comprise of day long competitions, workshops, student engagements, ancillary acts and artist performances.
• Zonals in the above mentioned cities will be conducted within a college/university campus.

December 2013 (Finale Preparations) :

• The 1st, 2nd and 3rd place zonal winners from each event will be declared on the website.
• All Zonal winners qualify to compete at the Indiafest grand finale held in Goa.
• Rules & regulations for the grand finale will be conveyed on the Indiafest website.

January 2014 (Grand Finale) :

• The Indiafest finale is scheduled for January 2014 - A two day extravaganza held in Goa.
• Students from all regions descend upon Goa to celebrate the last 2 days of Indiafest.
• All India zonal winners come together to compete for the Indiafest trophy one last time.
• 2 days packed with competitions, workshops, seminars, student activities & engagements and performances by the biggest national & international artists
